Medication Compliance 100%

On the 20th March 2019, Gracelands had its annual medication compliance visit from Redcar and Cleveland Council. I am excited to announce that we achieved 100% as a result of the visit, achieving “Met” in all areas of the tool used. We are the first in Redcar and Cleveland to receive 100% according to the visiting officer!! Well done everyone for all your continued hard work that helped us achieve this!
